How do you acces the Security Questions?

Hi, I recently lost my 2nd minecraft account, I still remember the Security Questions, but I dont have acces anymore to the email. When I go to the minecraft site and click on forgot password it doesnt show me the Security Questions. Can someone help me out where to fill in these Security Questions, I need the account so I can give the account to my little brother for his upcomming birthday.
