How do you post maps?

I have this cool map of mine that I want to share to people, its just one problem, I don't know how to upload my map, any easy way or, any way that isn't too confusing that I could use to upload my map?

It's under "Projects". There's a button in the top right that says "share your project" or something similar, and it leads to this link: https://www.planetminecraft.com/account/manage/projects/item/new/
