How do I do donating ranks?

Right now I'm working on my donator ranks for my server. Im having a problem i want the donator to be able to use /i (/item) and give themselves stuff but i dont want the people spending 10$ to be able to spawn diamonds and what not. If any1 can help please I have a skype so we could talk thru there but i need help configuring the donation ranks.
