I just bought a redstonehost server and wanna know how to put plugins on it such as NoCheat, Some sort of spamguard, Permissions, PVP arena, Mob Arena, Spleef, and No X-raying. Please tell me how to download and put a plugin on my server..

I am quite sure that RedstoneHost uses McMyAdmin, in that case it's quite easy. All you do is log on to the console, click on Files and there should open up your server files. Most plugins will have installation tutorials but if not the generic way is usually to put the JAR into your server's /plugins folder and restart.
If you have access to the terminal, world files, etc. then I can help you. I've never bought a hosted server before, but I do know how to add plugins.
