How to edit Texturepacks
Hi Guys
I am making a Zombies Map which is like the one in Black ops 2 zombies but i need to retexture some items.
I have looked for a website to retexture items but i cant find any.Can someone post a link or the name of a website so i retexture some stuff.

Yes you do, drag and drop the texture you want to edit into the GIMP workspace; now you can edit it to your will.
Click files than go get your textures folder than pick the blocks you want
Tip: i use burn/doge to shade the blocks and use hard edge to be precise

Thank you Echin44 and suspence1127, i am downloading gimp now i will say if i have any more problems with it but thank you. It is for our Minecraft zombies Map. Look on my Acount soon and i should be on
.minecraft > bin > <right click> minecraft > Open with WinRAR or 7zip > take out textures folder > edit with GIMP
How do you find Minecraft.Jar and how do edit them because i can only find .minecraft
You look in your Minecraft.jar for your texture folder, copy it, paste it somehwere else, edit the textures, and ZIP the folder when done. Bam, texture pack!
