How to forward traffic from 1 server to another?

Hello everyone,

I have a problem. I have a server with multiple worlds and gametypes, but I want to add a hungergames server, the plugin I want to use doen't support multiworld, so that means I'll have to make a new server. So is there a way to place a portal in my lobby to the hungergames server? It isn't nessecary to go back from the hungergames server, just 1 way traffic to the other server, without spout or client mods.
The 2 servers are hosted on the same machine and both run bukkit.
It would be great if anyone could respond with a plugin or any tips.
