i have a server called HungerCraft and i am trying to gain more members but not many people are joining any suggestions? ip: 108.86.230.74

Make yours different. Add something that no one else has thought of, or maybe make something different. Get a banner, make your server look more superior than others. Here are some questions to help you make your server better:
Why would someone want to join your server over another?
How easy is it to get on the server? Is the difficulty for the game hard/easy enough?
What will people think of your server?
Who would want to come on my server?
When do people want to go on? How can I advertise at the right time to get people on?

Don't get discouraged if people don't join your server right away. Usually servers aren't a one hit wonder, so it takes time to get active players.
Be original with your server, and try to make it stand out among the other HungerGames servers.
Also, make a PMC server submission, if you haven't already. That'll get you some people (Though most of them may not stay, some of them will.). And if you make a server submission, be sure to bump it every 24 hours, so it goes up to the top of the list.
