Hello there i get your problem to fix this all you need is to convince them that its worth staying there.
Okay try these first steps
-Build an easy finding spawn
-Add Some More Modes Like HungerGames,creativePlots,Factions
-Be a good staff
-your server goes on so much + after these simple steps to start a successful server!
