ok so I just started a WC server and I wanna post it on pmc!
so i think i need to go to the server console to change the MOTD to the random number it generates so i can confirm ownership of it! but my question is:
How do I get on my server console?

Yup, you need to post more information. If you are hosting the server directly then your console is the CMD prompt that's opened when you run the server, However, your MOTD is in the server.properties file. You don't need to access the console to change it but you may need to access it to restart the server. If you're being hosted by a company you need to contact them.
