Hello all. I own a creative server, named Creaticia. It has been surprisingly successful. We have many dedicated builders, who have told us that the server is better than leading creative servers like Mithrintia and Creative Node. We have a strong sense of community, and a whitelist makes it not overrun by newbs. But people aren't donating. We make it easy, since we have buycraft, people just need to do /buy to donate. We also have an auto message every few minutes telling people the advantages of donations. Our packages offer special abilities. Why aren't people donating though? Is there a trick? unfortunatly, unlike factions, OP factions and prisons on creative you dont need to have any commands such as kits or homes. I would suggest making a factions or prison server which you can attach to creative with a hub. This way you can keep your creative server whilst getting donations, however if you cant afford it attatch extra cool commands of which some players may want such as a cool nickname or a bigger plot or even a different surrounding>?? Get Disguise Craft or mod disguise and offer it to people who donate, It makes me want to donate
Maybe you're only attracting people who can't afford to donate :l
I would offer bigger plots, to donators and maybe w/e and voxelsniper access insider their plots. That should get people donating.
Well for servers such as creative servers theirs not much to buy like they dont get much try offering rewards such as colorful names or something like that.
