How do I get my server to Most Popular

I used to think to get it to most popular you needed diamonds in a certain amount of time. I have been watching the servers that get on the Most Popular real and they have 15 diamonds at max, the main thing that gets me is the amount of views. Each has over 20k. How does a server get 20k views and only 15 diamonds, I thaugh to get on most popular it was based on diamonds and favorites. Please help, I want to know.
