How to Increase FPS and Reduce Lag! [EASY]

Welcome! Your Here Cause of Fps Lag? Well I'm Here to Guide you to Increase fps Even if your Computer is Old or Non-Gaming PC, This Would Help!
Lets Get Started:
So You are wondering how to Check your Fps in Minecraft? Well Simply Press F3 or Fn + F3 or Shift + F3, Then on the Top Right Corner you will see your Fps, if your below 30 fps or Maybe Between 20 and 35 I Can Teach you how to increase it, The More fps The More you Play Well.
So You wanna Press Esc Then you Wanna go to Options and Then Video Settings.
Here's The List of Options you Must Change:
-Smooth Lighting > Minimum
-Graphics > Fast
-Use VSync > Off (ALWAYS)
-Max Framerate > Between 40 and 70
-Particles > Decreased or Minimal
-Anisotropic Filtering > Off (ALWAYS)
-Render Distance > Below 6

Also the resolution that you play the game in can in fact have effect on your FPS.
I know it does for me because when I record Minecraft I get less FPS whilst in a 1280x720 window and more FPS with the default resolution window.

If i do this i get like 1500 fps.
Correct capitalization would be nice, and most people who get low fps already have their settings changed around.
