Open up the zip folder that the exe is in by default, and inside the main folder there should be a filters folder. Just bung the python script in there and bada-bing-bada-boosh, it'll work (close McEdit while installing filters)

Just put the file inside
C:\Users\[YourName]\[Wherever you keep MCEDIT]\MCEDIT\MCEdit-[Version].[Platform]\filters
