How do i install minecraft 1.4.6 on my multicraft server

Well, my host is kola hosting and my cpanel is multicraft

I have windows not osx or linux and i need help on how to install 1.4.6 on my multicraft server

That is an excellent question. I've never set up multicraft but I'm going to go with how you set it up in the first place.
