How to join another server from another server by a Portal?

You can either use lillypad (which is much harder then bungee cord) or nothing at all. Do you want to know how to transport between worlds or servers?

I want to make it possible to join another server from my server, and the other way round.. Not bungee because It's too complicated and I'm not gonna pay for another server.. And transporter constantly says there's an inside error
