How to make Essentials Nick Names with Chat Manager?

Hello,
Lately, I've been trying to set nick names for myself on my Server, But considering the Code (Thing) for Chat Manager is message-format: '%prefix%player%suffix%message' I can't seem to enable the Essentials Nick Names because of Player instead of Playernickname, Do any of you know what you put instead of player to enable Nick Names with Essentials?

prefix or nickname?
try essentials.nick if that dont work... i am not sure
