Use anti-grief measures like lockette, so that users can't steal from others. Make it pretty. Be nice. Have rules. Organise group builds. Kick griefers. C:
Make it so good that everyone talks about it.
1. post it on as many websites as you can
2. make it look visually nice with quality pics
3. make it 24/7 uptime
4. describe it well, show its not a scam
5. share it with every player you know
6. make sure it has anti-greif protections
7. get some cool plugins and list them on your servers description
8. answer any questions you recieve about it
