How do I make mined blocks go directly into your inventory?

So, I have been working on a factions server, and we are wanting to have the least laggiest experience for our players. A big part of lag on servers, is the amount of entities that are on the ground. I was wanting to know how to make a plugin that puts blocks that you mine directly into the player's inventory.

I've been doing research, and most plugins that are supposed to do this just don't work.
