How to make Mini-Games

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this.
I have seen on most servers mini-game types ie. "Hunger Games". Where you would just right click a sign, and it would take you to a "match". Does anyone have information on how I could set this up, or if it is a plugin that i need, etc.

Hey Tunnelsnake,
The bukkit plugin Survival Games is probably the most popular one out there. You can find it here. From there, it's just a case of configuring it, sorting out perms and placing signs. There's a tutorial video on that page too under setup.
