So..
I found the "new" tab when I right click the world, but all it says is: "File" when I hover over it.

right click the world and make sure you have winrar or similar and right click the world click add to archive and click .zip and dont use adfly because you need to be level 20+ to post adfly links
To make a zipped folder, right click somewhere like your desktop then select "New" then "Compressed (zipped) folder".
There is no new, I right clicked on my normal desktop screen and on the file.

I didn't post a download for it.

I'm trying to use mediafly, but I got to the .minecraft folder, got to saves, select the world, and it brings me to another folder, and I don't know what to select there.
Put the folder you want to upload into a .zip file, then when it asks you what you want to upload it won't just open up to another folder
How do you make it into a .zip file?

Use any site that provides file sharing. (Mediafire and ad.fly highly recommended).
Once you create a free account (or premium) on the site, simply upload your file to the site.
Once it is uploaded, copy the link to the download page, or press (copy link) button.
In the download box, you should be able to copy + paste the link into it, taking any clickers onto the download page.
I tried my best to make it as simple as possible for you.
