How do I make servers in 1.8?

Hey guys its me again and iam wondering how you make a 1.8 server.....plz reply thanks.

Soz if this is spam or something but i need you to click meh eggs I think my other one got stolen

1. https://www.minecraft.net/download.jsp
2. download Minecraft_Server.exe
3. run Minecraft_Server.exe
4. EITHER use portforward.com OR download hamachi
