How to make a vanilla minecraft server

Step 1: Open terminal (if windows open cmd)
Step 2: Type in terminal(cmd) “java –Xmx1024M –Xms1024M –jar”
Step 3: Drag the minecraft-server.jar into the window
Step 4: Hit enter
You have started up your server!
How to allow other people on the server (Stop your server before you do this) (for airport extreme)
Step 1: Open Airport Utility
Step 2: Click “Manual Setup”
Step 3: Click “Advanced” then “Port Mapping”
Step 4: Hit the “+” and type in “25565” for all of the ports
Step 5: Label your description “MC” (ONLY “MC” IT WON’T WORK IF YOU LABEL IT SOMETHING ELSE!)
You have port-forwarded your server!
Restart your server
YOU HAVE MADE A VANILLA MINECRAFT SERVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
