How to not lag while using shaders?

Hey, im having a problem here, so can someone leave me some tips or some useful info how to not get laggy while using shaders..? Please? I really use shaders alot but it gets Laggy as hell

What kind of specs does your computer have in terms of ram, CPU speed, and graphics card? If you have a computer that isn't very good, then it won't handle shaders very well.
You need a good graphics card to be able to use shaders at a playable framerate. If you could post your computer specs, that'd help you out a lot.
