2nd download tuneup utilities, it will ask for a product key after the maintenence, enter one of these:

continue till tuneup centre, click TURBO-MODE and voila! epic frame rates, this also helps with optimization and computer errors and etc...
enjoy! my 1gb ram horable graphicss card laptop gets 120 fps because of 2 simple things to get.
