BearclawmanI am using the regular minecraft server not bukkit. I know my ip address and mt port is 25565 but when ever someone tries to connect it does not exist. HELP!??

Go to http://www.portforward.com/ it should tell you everything you know...
to give you a heads up, check your router's "version" and look for it in portforward.com's chart... it helps if you do ctrl+f and then type in your router's name, for example: "Belkin"
Then search for Minecraft Server! After that, just do everything it says there!

Well, to check ur router version, look under ur router and it will say:
here is an example:
Belkin
F5D8322-4v2
or sumthing like that...

Find your routers name and model, click on, scroll down and find Minecraft Server, follow instructions..

MAKE SURE that your Internet Provider allows to to create game servers.

You have to portfoward it , then restart your router , then start your router and enter it to the freakin' router ...

you need to enter it into your router
