How to Post a Website Hosted Server To PMC Server List?

I'm new to PMC.
So, today i wanted to post my server, Elemental Realms, To planet Minecraft's Server list, But it is not hosted off My computer but on a delicate server hoster over a website, any way to authorize it? It keeps telling me to try again.

It should show something like this after Planetminecraft successfully connects to your server. Copy that code into your MOTD part in your server.properties and restart.

Where shall i find this code for the motd, it shows nothing anywhere.
It should work the same way, all you have to do is change your motd. With hosting providers you will most likely have FTP file access in which you can use to access your files and change the motd.
