How to Separate Faction plugins

Hey Everyone I need a bit of help. Im trying to help a server Expand and make new servers. I Offered the idea to make a OP server and asked if i could help run it. They said that I have to figure out how to separate the faction plugin from the original Faction server they are currently running. If anyone knows how to do this please comment. Im also looking for a Manager who could help with plugins along with help the server in general. You can apply here on this same post.
