How do I set My Minecraft Launcher to ignore my proxy

My version of windows has a bug where I cannot disable the preset proxy. How do I set the minecraft launcher to ignore my windows proxy settings?

I'm not sure that that can be done.
What version of Windows are you running?
If the proxy server is functional and you have your default gateway and your DNS server properly set (for any Minecraft network activity that already bypasses the proxy), there should not be any problems. If the proxy server is not functional, getting another one might be sufficient. If you cannot change your proxy settings to another address or port, maybe placing the new proxy at the same address and port would be good.
