I'm not gonna sit and give a long tutorial, so you can click out now if this is for your first server.
1. Create a Normal Crabukkit Server, make sure it works including plugins; once you have that done the hard part is DONE!!!
2. Download the latest build of Spigot for 1.7.2 at this link: ci.md-5.net/job/Spigot/
3. Replace you craftbukkit.jar (or whatever you name it) and put spigot.jar in replace of it.
4. Now all you have to do is open up start.command (or whatever starts your server) in a notepad editor and change "Craftbukki.Jar" to "Spigot.jar".
5. Open it up, test it out, have fun.
