How to I Set Up Votifier?

Hello!

I want to reward players for voting for my server on server lists. I know you need Votifier, but that's all I know. Can you help me?

Were you able to set this up? If so, mind sending me your plugins folder so I can take a look at the voitifier settings? I can't get mine to work
