So on my multicraft panel they let me use a custom jar and i have to make the File custom.jar to use it How do i install and setup bungeecord on my server and link my server with my friends also my server is currently bukkit

Spigot just allows for server-side modifications that will automatically be used client-side. There's no change in the difficulty of hacking it.
so spigot servers are they less easily hacked?
Bungeecord is a pretty advanced setup kind of deal but I did do a tutorial on it here.

Who has bungeecord running? You need to basically run 2 server instances. One for bungeecord (directs traffic between the servers) and 1 server that actually holds the users.
If your friend has bungeecord running, then you'd just need to update his bungeecord to include yours.
If you need to run bungeecord then check with your host, i'm sure they've handled it before. However, it is my guess that you'll need to purchase another basic server instance.
