Mediafire has been mentioned, but there are many other file hosting sites available (quite a number free to use) if you do a bit of web searching.
Pruning a world (using Amulet/MCA Selector/etc) will only get one so far (and simply won't work for maps above a certain size).
One issue you may be having is that if you open the pruned world file in MC, you may regenerate some of the chunks you've just pruned.
Another possibility is that the chunks you're actually using are sufficiently complex that they go over the 15Mb limit.

Compress your file to a zip and then upload it to mediafire
Mediafire is a website for sharing files once you've uploaded your world click share and that should give you a link that you can put in for your world download
I use MCA Selector to, at least, remove chunks that are irrelevant to what I want to upload yet may have been loaded anyways.
I tried amulet but it didnt make difference (may it be cause i edited my world with many mods?)
Could be. Does the world use modded blocks or custom entities, anything like that? If not--if the world is technically vanilla--you could try removing all folders except the Region and Entities folder (or as little as you need for the world to represent your build), and that might help with the size a little.
but the problem is that only thing that takes so much space is region file. So I guess teh mediashare way is the best haha
Ahh, if the region folder is too large, and if using Amulet and MCA Selector hasn't helped--then yes, you may need to host it on MediaFire.
