Ok, so I made some really cool single player spawns that I want to upload to a website so people can have it for their spawn. However, I dont know how to do this!!!

No, you can't.
You need to find another place to host your world on (such as mediafire). And then put the download link from mediafire into the "World Download URL" box in PMC when you're creating the new project.
