How do i upload texture packs?

i made a texture pack all custom by me and it is saved into my minecraft texture folder in alll.. and i have a macbook pro. how do i upload my texture pack to planet minecraft? could you say it simple cause im not good with cmputers. thnaks -thygoldfishy
