Okay, so a long-distance friend showed me his server, and he doesn't have any plugins. He asked me to be his plugin manager, but I don't have any idea how to do this on my computer. Is there any website he can put his server on or maybe a program I can download that can do this?

Adminium is an app that may be able to do this. It allows console and full file access from an ios device (idk if it works on android). But he has to foward annother port and the app costs ten bucks, so it's pretty expensive... Plus it's on a device that isn't a computer, so it's a little bit harder to do files and stuff. I'm not sure how well it would work with uploading plugins but I don't know.
