i need a another plugin that protects my spawn that isn't world guard.
world guard messes up my mob plugins. i need a something else.

You can make a region with WorldEdit so nobody can build or destroy your server spawn. The step to do that are listed below. And also WorldGuard shouldn't be messing up your mob plugins cause I've been staff on many minecraft servers for over 5 years and I've never heard of WorldGuard messing up mob plugins or any plugins.
Step to protect your spawn with WorldEdit :
1) Do //wand
2) Right click one corner of your spawn
3) Left click on the top or the highest point of the other corner of your spawn
4) Do //expend vert
5) Do /rg define (name)
6) Do /rg flag (region name) build deny
7) Do /rg info to see if you got all the region flags for your region that you want to be in it
