How do you setup /backup

I need to create automatic backups, I have a server on clanforge so I cannot keep copying the world each time.
There is a default command on servers to use /backup, but when I type this it says no configuration, and I don't know how to configure it!
Ide be really appreciative if anyone knows how. Thank you :3

You could try this out! http://bukkitbackup.com/. There are many options like full server backup, or world/plugin only backup. Also you can set it to auto backup ever x hours, and you can even set it so that it will only backup when players are online.
