Hub Server Help!!!! <<<<<<<

Okay so i am creating a dedicated home hosted spigot bungee cord server. and all my servers are fine besides the lobby server. The lobby server keeps crashing no matter what i do. i surfed the web for hours trying to fix it, and nothing is working. I have tried restarting the worlds, i have tried a lot of things. I have 5 servers total.
1. Bungee
2. Lobby
3. Kit pvp
4. Survival
5. Prison
Each server is loaded with 5 gigabytes besides bungee which is half a gigabyte.
I check every log and console message and its saying stuff like chunk error thread.
Here is the last 2 sentences of each log:
[18:09:31] [Spigot Watchdog Thread/INFO]: Startup script './start.sh' does not exist! Stopping server.
[18:09:31] [Thread-4/INFO]: Stopping server
Heres the problem: Whenever a player joins the server it puts them in a corrupted chunk and disables all the commands, soon after that the server crashes... please help

Ah! This happens because the server has not enough RAM to pull to load Chunks and send them to the player, probably not enough RAM to even keep the server up!
Although I may be wrong, It can probably also mean that your Spigot File is corrupted, as it says a file does not exist.
Are all the servers on different ports? And are all those ports forwarded?
