Ok i have a server ran by my friend and we use multicraft, i deleted Modifyworld.jar because i am using PEX and have tried - essentials.break.* and everything possible and still i can't ;et people break or interact with items. Only people who can is op and no message comes up nothing just the block breaks and reappears. So somebody please help me!

If no message appears that means its not modifyworld's fault no essentialsantibuild. Both will warn you if you lack permissions. yet you could delete essentialsantibuild and see if it works than. I never use essentialsantibuild nor modifyworld, I always protect my worlds with worldguard
It will not let me delete any essentials things, it sais this.
