HUGE Problem. HELP Please

So a day ago I updated my bukkit server 1.2.2 (build 2014 I think) and since then I have started to expirence a HUGE AMOUT of missing chunks - http://www.flickr.com/photos/75711562@N03/6948354299/
This was ok yesterday.NOTE:THE PHOTO IS NOT ON THE SERVER COMPUTER.
PLEASE HELP me.

it isnt a stable build yet wait until the 1.2 stable build comes out and downgrade to 1.1
