I Cannot Get Resource Packs To Show Up

We need more details, like for example - what resourcepacks you are trying to install

Also make sure that:

Resourcepack is for correct version of the game you are playing

Resourcepack is located in resourcepacks folder

Resourcepack's structure looks similar to this:
<Resourcepack zip file>
