Can someone build one?
Requested features:
*Output 32 BIT or stackable circuit
* Without pistons
* Without command blocks
* As compact as possible
You can use:
* Comparator of Redstone
* Redstone repeaters
* Redstone torches
* Redstone
* and Blocks (any)
If you have an "Decimal to binary" circuit, please pass me the Link to download it.

this circuit is from " 32 bit calculator (Simplification fixed up) " project. but the BCD to Binary converter circuit not work correctly if the output value is very high and give bad results in the function of copy the end results and in the simplification with high values
