I need help

First off, did you have a backup? If not and the computer is totally dead, then there isn't much anyone can do for you. What I would try is connecting your old hard drive to your new pc as a secondary storage device and see if the files are readable (assuming you have a desktop PC). If so, you should be able to recover the files, I've done this before. What exactly happened to the old PC?

If the hard drive for the old computer is not dead, then you could remove it from the old machine and try attaching it to your replacement machine as a second drive. Usually these days, that's via a sata cable. If it's still working, you should be able to go to your saves folder and retrieve your old save.

If the drive is dead, then unless you backed it up to a alternative location somewhere, there is no hope of recovery.
