I need help finding a mod.

A long time ago there was a mod I saw. You had sailed to a city to move into the house you had inherited from your grandmother. The king, i think, sent guards to apprehend you for breaking in, apologizes, and asks you to go on a quest to kill 4 elemental monsters. I vividly remember the city map, and people have recommended that it was Tale of Kingsoms. However, I have found that its not that mod. If any one knows what this mod is, i would be eternally greatful. I had wanted to play it ever since I was young, and I finally can.
I think it began with an A, if that helps.
