Have you tried using /fill? What's the issue here?

You can do /fill.

Place a block on two opposite corners of the wall. Then do fill while looking at the first corner. You should see some cordinates appear when you press TAB. Then press enter.

Now go look at the other corner and go to chat and press up artow key to get the command back. Now get the cords of the second corner the same way. Now you should have two cordinates. Now you can put the block you wanna fill with.

Example:
/fill 0 78 0 4 82 0 Minecraft:dirt (I might remember the block wrong)

Don't forget to replace the block at the end.
