I need help with commands(summon)

So im making an adventure map. I want the player to have the ability spawn a mob by using a custom spawn egg.

Lets say that the mob that the egg spawns has tag"okay"
So I wanna summon an armor stand to entities with tag "okay" buy only one armor stand.

Any ideas on how to make this?
