I need help with my graphics!!! :(

Does someone knows how to fix this? I have tried to uninstall and install the drivers, also for the anti aliasing and nothing seems to work, help! ( I'm a AMD Vega 8 user btw). I searched on google and forums about how to do the anti aliasing thing in the AMD software and tried but didn't worked, so apparently it's something else, it's weird cause those strange lines only affects grass blocks and dark oak trees. Don't know what else I can do.

Sorry for what may be a few "dumb" questions, but trying to get an idea on the situation. Could you provide which OS you are using and maybe the rest of your PC specs for reference.
I see you mentioned turning off anti-aliasing to see if that corrects it, but have you tried adjusting any of the other video settings to see if that helps? I would also recommend trying to run Minecraft as administrator if you haven't already tried that, or even re-install Minecraft?
