I want to add a plugin that adds a server selector to your hotbar, hypixel as an example. I cannot find any good ones. The server's version is 1.16.3. I also need a way to add custom modes for sub-servers such as survival protected, survival raids, survival nomads, creative plots, etc. Any ideas?

If your server is not modded i'd recommend deluxe hub. It's a great hub plugin with a server selector.
Sounds like a plugin job to me. I suggest installing Spigot, or Bukkit, and having a look through their selection of plugins. If you have mods on your server, I'm afraid the closest you'll get is Magma, and their latest version (as far as I am aware) is 1.15.
EDIT: Oh, damn. Magma hasn't even released 1.15, nor even 1.14. They're only intending to.
EDIT 2: You're in (sort of) luck! They do intend to release 1.16, and are working on it, and they have a BETA for 1.15 (to be found here)
