I need help with versions!

The only version that works in the launcher is the 1.16.4, the others lock and leave this message:
An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. Where sorry for the inconvenience
Exit code 0

What do I do?

Have you tried to delete the .minecraft folder(to bin only)

And then try to restart the launcher
