Ice Farm Problem
Version 1.16.1 Multiplayer vanilla server
I have a problem, i made an ice farm and i dont know why it isn't working. I made the ice farm not on the snow biome (as you can see on the picture) but on an island because its closer to my home. I putted snow around it and build the ice farm and the ice isn't making. Anyone knows why does it not create ice? Or is it even possible to make it on an island? Water only freezes in a cold biome. If you are in a warm biome, like 'Plains' then I'm not sure what you are trying to do will work. Putting snow around will not make the water freeze, or it didn't used to.
Oooh that actually makes sense, i'll do the ice farm on the ice biome
